Service Plans

Like many things in your home, maintaining your heating equipment is essential. We offer several preventive maintenance plans for heating and cooling:

Guaranteed Home Comfort Plan

Make sure your home heating equipment runs smoothly with this comprehensive plan that covers preventive maintenance including tuning and testing of your system, plus repair/replacement of 35 valuable system parts and labor. For just a few dollars each month, you'll enjoy peace of mind knowing that you're covered in case of an otherwise costly break down.

Regular 10-Point Preventive Maintenance Includes:

• Inspect thermostats and oil lines
  
• Perform preventive maintenance on heat exchanger, combustion chamber, flue pipe and chimney base
  
• Service and adjust burner
  
• Replace nozzle, oil filter and fuel pump strainer when necessary
  
• Inspect and replace electrodes and leads when necessary
  
• Flush and test low water cutoff (if applicable)
  
• Test burner ignition and cutoff
  
• Test all safety controls
  
• Test and perform adjustments to obtain unit's peak operating efficiency
  
• Perform and record efficiency test results on unit

ProGuard Service Plan*

Enjoy peace of mind knowing that your fuel oil storage tank is protected against accidental leaks with ProGuard Storage Tank Accidental Release Service Plan.

As a homeowner, you have probably heard stories about oil tanks that have released oil and how expensive it can be to remove a tank and fuel oil from your property. While a tank leak is unusual, it can happen to underground tanks as well as above-ground tanks located outside your house, or in your basement.

At Mitchell Supreme we want to make sure that never happens to you. We recently upgraded our S.T.A.R. Service Plan to ProGuard to cover you in the event of an oil release.

With the ProGuard Service Plan you'll receive:

• Up to $100,000 to clean the heating oil from your property in the event your tank leaks.
• Up to $1,500 to repair or replace your oil tank.
